The Client : Conmat Engineering: A Medium size firm located in India and UAE engaged in designing and manufacturing Material Handling & Storage equipment like Automated Storage & Retrieval System, Lifts, Heavy Duty Racks, Assembly Line Conveyors.

Key Business Requirement: To build a system which will provide complete automation of the material handling processes, Process inventory, stock & management, employee's payroll , HR modules.

The challenge: Multiple interface were required to various entities like EPBX , Data card swipe machine integration for employees, etc. The requirement made it a challenge to quickly assimilate and manage a team with diverse functional, technical and product skill – sets across India and UAE.

The solution: Pinnacle Technosys's team worked in conjunction with client's department staff on various approaches for designing, developing and deploying this solution in 5 months timeframe. To achieve short time frame, for delivery, Pinnacle Technosys's team came up with an optimum architecture using a 'buy,build and integrate approach'. The final solution was build and deployed on the .Net architecture, MS SQL database and a custom built work flow and Process Manager.

The client : CCL UK A: leading car hire company in Europe that has multiple branches in UK & France.

Key Business Requirement: To provide a web based innovative and flexible execution system to manage stock of all vehicles within each branch, calculating end of lease periods, allocation of vehicles to branches, automation with business areas like Authorized hire, credit hire and flexi lease. Development of damage module along with proper invoicing, accounting and HR modules and online payment gateway with Protex.

The challenge: To interface with multiple branches, multiple departments and 3rd party components like Protex
(online payment gateway) , Audatex, yet have functional independence. In addition high performance and availability was a critical issue in the design and development of an application.

The solution: Pinnacle Technosys defined the requirement for this web based application as well designed,developed ,tested and deployed it for each branches. The salient functionalities of this application includes: Order handling and execution – end of lease key business area module development with complete automation like authorized hire, credit hire & flexi lease, damage, invoice, accounting and HR Payroll.

Key Business Requirement: Ensure smooth automated content management system and SMS scan application

The challenge: The capability of interface with multiple members and member levels in real time and to provide a
comprehensive system for handling direct debits from member's accounts and issue acknowledgments to eliminate manual interfaces to meet demands of varied data inputs from different providers and radio channels.

The solution: Pinnacle Technosys developed such content management system with PHP , WML and MYSQL database with electronic direct debit system. This system automates direct debits from member's account as they use services of client. It is user friendly and flexible enough to meet the requirement of varied data inputs such as online terminals electronic and paper media.
